We are a Lahore-based studio working with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Australia, the US and Malaysia. DistroOps began with distribution networks running on phone calls, paper orders and disconnected spreadsheets, and became one platform with web portals and three mobile apps. Genius Reading League began with schools tracking reading progress by hand, and became a gamified platform for students, teachers and parents. The industries differ. The method does not: map the real workflow first, then build only what earns its place. Every project starts with a written scope, and every client receives the full source code, so the system stays yours even if we part ways.
Who this is for
- Operations leaders whose team lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups and wants one source of truth
- Founders with a clear business process but no in-house engineering team to turn it into a product
- Companies in the UAE and wider Gulf that need a system fitted to local workflows, not a generic tool with workarounds
- Businesses that outgrew an off-the-shelf package and are paying for features they never use
What we build
- Role-based back offices where owners, managers and staff each see only what they should
- Order, booking and job workflows with status tracking from request to completion
- Web portals with live dashboards for the numbers management asks about every morning
- Companion mobile apps for field staff, drivers or customers when the work happens away from a desk
- Integrations with payment gateways, ERP and logistics systems, and invoicing
- Admin tooling for content, pricing, users and rewards, so changes do not need a developer
How the work runs
- Workflow mappingWe sit with the people who do the work and document who taps what, where data enters and where it goes wrong. Anything that does not move the business is cut from the first release.
- Schema and contractsWe agree the data model, roles and API contracts in writing before building, so the project does not wander and later features have somewhere to attach.
- Weekly working buildsYou see working software on staging every week, not slide decks. Feedback goes straight into the next cycle while changes are still cheap.
- Launch and runWe deploy, monitor and fix after release. Most systems change once real users arrive, so we plan for iteration rather than treating launch as the end.

Pricing model
Custom work can be priced three ways. A fixed scope suits a defined build: an agreed specification, price and date, weekly demos, and full source code handed over. A focused first release - API, web portal and one mobile app - is typically an 8-14 week fixed-scope build. Build and run suits a product that keeps evolving, with a monthly retainer for a prioritised backlog, maintenance and monitoring. A dedicated team suits agencies and funded startups that want full-time engineers working inside their own process.
Cost follows scope more than anything else. The number of user roles, how many separate apps you need, how many third-party systems we integrate with, how much existing data must be migrated, and how much reporting you want on day one all move the estimate. We do not quote from a brochure. A free scoping call produces a written number before you commit to anything, and you can reduce it by deferring features to a later phase. Because all of our work is built in-house with no outsourcing, scoping and delivery stay with one team, which keeps estimates honest and changes quick to agree.
