Netnexs Technology is a software development company with offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Lahore, Pakistan. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used. You can reach us at info@netnexs.com.
What we collect
Enquiry details. When you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, the type of project and whatever you write. The contact form opens your own email app, so the message is sent from your account and only reaches us when you press send.
Booking details. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add, and shares them with us.
Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pseudonymous information such as pages viewed, approximate location at country level, device and browser type, referring site, and actions such as clicking WhatsApp, opening the booking widget or submitting the contact form.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, request time and user agent for security and reliability.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry and booking details to reply, prepare a scoping call and send a proposal. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
We use analytics data only if you consent, to understand which pages and markets bring genuine enquiries and to improve the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We use technical data for security and to keep the site running, which is our legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: Calendly (bookings), Google (analytics, if you accept cookies), WhatsApp and Meta (messaging, if you use it), our email provider and our hosting provider. They process data under their own terms and policies. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
We operate from the UAE and Pakistan, and some of our providers are based in other countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on appropriate mechanisms such as contractual protections offered by our providers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Records for signed projects are kept for the period required for contracts, tax and accounting. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law may give you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. Email info@netnexs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the law that applies to you.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
Client project data
When we build or run software for a client, we process the personal data in that system on the client's instructions and under the contract for that project. The client decides what data is collected and why. If you are a user of a client's product, please contact that client about your data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
