Software development company serving the UAE

Netnexs Technology is a software development company with a Dubai office alongside our engineering base in Lahore. We build Laravel backends, React and Next.js web portals and React Native mobile apps for UAE businesses, from home services platforms to school dashboards and vehicle export marketplaces.

If you are comparing an app development company in the UAE, the useful question is who stays accountable once the product is live. Our UAE systems are in production with real users in Dubai, and we remain on the team to run them. This page covers the parts of building software that are specific to the Emirates.

UAE products we have built and still run

Zigy is an on-demand home services platform for Dubai. Customers book salon, spa, laundry and home cleaning to their doorstep through iOS and Android apps, while a separate partner app gives service providers job alerts, schedule management, earnings tracking and customer feedback. A Laravel backend runs bookings, provider dispatch, scheduling and payments, and the apps are live on the App Store and Google Play.

Classify Education serves UAE international schools with dynamic data dashboards for teachers and school leaders, AI-assisted analysis and report-comment writing, a Wonde MIS integration for fast student and staff onboarding, an EYFS module and parent dashboards. Perfect Motors is a used-car export platform with roughly 6,000 vehicle listings, filterable by make, model, body type, price and year, plus buyer accounts and deal listings.

VAT, invoicing and UAE data rules

The UAE applies VAT, and any product that sells to customers needs to show prices, tax amounts and tax invoice details correctly. We design pricing, checkout and invoice records with VAT fields from the first schema, so finance teams are not patching it in later. The UAE has also been moving towards structured electronic invoicing, so we keep invoice data in a clean, exportable form that can adapt to new formats.

Personal data is regulated by the federal data protection law and by separate rules in some free zones. We build role-based access, audit trails and sensible data minimisation into every system. These are general engineering practices and not legal advice, so please confirm current requirements for your business with your legal and tax advisers.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi time zone

The UAE runs on UTC+4 all year, with no daylight saving. Lahore is on UTC+5, so our engineers are one hour ahead of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and share almost the entire working day with you. Standups, demos and quick questions happen live, not through overnight email chains.

Working weeks differ between organisations, with many UAE teams on a Monday to Friday pattern and shorter Fridays, while Lahore works Monday to Friday with a Saturday and Sunday weekend. We agree the calendar on day one, including public holidays on both sides, so release dates do not collide with Eid or National Day. Because we have a Dubai office, in-person workshops are possible when a project needs them.

AED pricing, contracts and payment terms

We are happy to quote and invoice in dirhams, so your budget approval is not tied to exchange-rate movements between a quote and a payment. A focused MVP with an API, a web portal and one mobile app is typically an 8 to 14 week fixed-scope build, and you receive a written number from the free scoping call before any commitment. We do not publish price lists because scope drives the cost.

We are FBR-registered in Pakistan and invoice formally. Clients pay by bank transfer or Wise against milestone invoices, and the contract and IP assignment are in writing before work starts. You own the full source code, infrastructure access and documentation. For ongoing work, the Build and Run plan covers features, maintenance and monitoring on a monthly retainer.

UAE Pass, payment gateways and local integrations

UAE Pass is the national digital identity, and it can make sign-in and identity checks easier for customers and staff. Access is granted to approved organisations, so we plan the integration with you early and design sign-in so it can be added without reworking accounts. For payments, we integrate regional card gateways and wallet options, and we choose them against your settlement needs, fees and the approval timeline.

UAE products often need Arabic and English side by side. We have shipped Arabic and English localisation on our Belleza storefront for Bahrain, and we build right-to-left layouts into the component system rather than bolting them on. Maps, WhatsApp messaging, push notifications and ERP or logistics hooks are routine parts of the work.

Questions buyers ask

Do you have an office in Dubai?
Yes, Netnexs has a Dubai office alongside our Lahore team. Day-to-day engineering is led from Lahore, which is one hour ahead of the UAE, and we can meet in person in Dubai when a workshop or handover calls for it.
Can you quote and invoice in AED?
Yes. We can scope and invoice in dirhams against milestones, paid by bank transfer or Wise. Exact figures come from a free scoping call and are written down before you commit.
Can you integrate UAE Pass and local payment gateways?
We plan for both. UAE Pass access depends on approval for your organisation, so we map that timeline at the start. Payment gateways are selected against your settlement, fee and onboarding needs, and we test them in sandbox before launch.
Will the app handle VAT correctly?
We build VAT fields, tax invoice records and exportable reports into the data model. Rates and invoicing rules change, so please confirm current requirements for your business with your tax adviser and we will implement what they specify.
