Software development company for UK businesses

Netnexs Technology is a software studio in Lahore with a Dubai office, building Laravel backends, React portals and React Native apps for clients in several countries. We take on outsourced app and web development for UK businesses that want senior engineers, weekly working software and a team that stays after launch.

We want to be direct about our track record. We do not have a named UK client case study to show you yet. What we can show is a live multi-tenant platform serving agencies in London and other European and US cities, plus the same delivery process used across our other markets. This page explains how that translates into working with a UK buyer.

What we can honestly show a UK buyer

Ya-Hub is an all-in-one operations platform for agencies, built on Laravel and deployed on AWS. It brings projects, billing, accounting, CRM, emailing, digital asset management and secure chat into one interface, with a modular, tenant-configurable feature set of 14 modules and AI-assisted workflows. It is live and serves agencies across London, Miami, Paris and Madrid.

That means agencies in London use software we built, and it is a fair indicator of our ability to ship multi-tenant SaaS with several integrated modules. It is not a claim that we have delivered a UK-specific project for a named UK company. If you want to see how Ya-Hub works, we will give you a live screen-share walkthrough, and we can connect you with an existing client on request.

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018

UK businesses that process personal data must follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, overseen by the Information Commissioner's Office. In practice that affects how we design consent, data retention, access and deletion requests, audit trails and the choice of hosting region. We build those controls into the data model so they are not afterthoughts.

Using a development team in Pakistan involves restricted transfers if the team can access personal data. As far as we know, Pakistan does not have a UK adequacy decision, so transfers typically rely on safeguards such as the ICO's international data transfer agreement or addendum, and we can work with your counsel on that. We prefer to use anonymised or synthetic data in development. This is general information and not legal advice, so please confirm current requirements for your business.

Working hours and overlap with the UK

Lahore is on UTC+5 all year, while the UK moves between UTC+0 in winter and UTC+1 in summer. Lahore is therefore five hours ahead of London in winter and four hours ahead in summer. The overlap sits in the UK morning, from the start of your day until roughly early afternoon, which is when most planning, demos and decisions happen anyway.

In practice, we cover the UK mornings live and use the rest of the day for focused build time, then post written progress notes before your next morning. Weekly demos show working software and not slides. If your team needs later-day access, we can discuss a shifted schedule on a dedicated team plan.

GBP pricing, VAT and contracts

We can scope and invoice in pounds sterling against milestones, paid by bank transfer or Wise, with the contract and IP assignment in writing before work starts. A focused MVP with an API, web portal and one mobile app is typically an 8 to 14 week fixed-scope build, and you receive a written price from the free scoping call. We do not publish rate cards because scope sets the cost.

How UK VAT applies to services bought from an overseas supplier depends on your VAT registration and the nature of the service, so please check with your accountant before signing. After launch, you can keep us on a Build and Run retainer, or move to a dedicated team billed per seat. You own the source code and the infrastructure access either way.

UK payments, integrations and how we work

UK products commonly need card payments and subscriptions through Stripe, direct debit through providers such as GoCardless, open banking payments and accounting sync with tools such as Xero. We choose integrations against your finance workflow and support requirements, and we test them in sandbox before release.

Our approach is the same for every market. We scope the real workflows, agree the schema and API contracts up front, ship weekly working software, then run and improve the product. UK agencies and startups with an in-house product lead tend to get the most from this, because decisions are quick and the engineering is well directed. For SaaS, internal tools and portals, we can also add AI features where they solve a clear problem.

Questions buyers ask

Do you have UK client case studies?
Not a named one yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Our closest proof is Ya-Hub, a live agency operations platform serving agencies across London, Miami, Paris and Madrid. We can walk you through it live.
Is your process compatible with UK GDPR?
We build consent, retention, access, deletion and audit controls into the data model, and we prefer anonymised data in development. Restricted transfers and your legal obligations should be confirmed with your counsel, and we will build to what they specify.
How much overlap will we have with UK working hours?
Lahore is four to five hours ahead of London depending on the season, so we overlap with the UK morning and early afternoon. That window covers planning, demos and decisions, with written updates before your next day starts.
Can we pay in pounds?
Yes. We can scope and invoice in GBP against milestones, paid by bank transfer or Wise. Please check with your accountant how VAT applies to services from an overseas supplier.
