The challenge
Distribution networks run on phone calls, paper orders and disconnected spreadsheets. Every new distributor multiplied the manual work, and management had no live view of orders, stock or field activity.
What we built
- Multi-tenant Laravel core - one platform, isolated space per distributor
- Field-rep app for order booking and shop visits (React Native)
- Retailer self-ordering app and driver delivery app
- Tenant web portals with live dashboards, stock and route views
- Platform operations console - per-tenant billing and plans, observability, webhook and sync health, audit log and backups
- ERP and logistics backend integrations
Outcome
42 distributor tenants running on one multi-tenant platform (38 active), Rs486,500 MRR / Rs5.84M ARR, and Rs12.4M in GMV last month across 1,284 orders.
