The challenge
A distributed rep network across Australian territories with no unified system for territory assignment, shift tracking, per-client cooling-off rules or performance reporting.
What we built
- Multi-company territory management - assign territories to reps via a guided wizard, with daily roster and live team view
- Shift management - start/pause/end shifts with live GPS route tracking (duration, distance, speed) and full shift history
- Street-level territory maps with colour-coded pins (available, cooling off, worked) over OpenStreetMap street geometry
- Automatic per-client cooling-off enforcement with visual countdowns and supervisor-approved override requests
- Admin dashboard with multi-company management and territory analytics
- Laravel backend on AWS Sydney for local latency and data residency, with a React Native companion app for reps
