Laravel development company for APIs, portals and commerce

Laravel is the backbone of nearly everything we ship, from consumer apps to logistics platforms. It gives a small team a mature framework for authentication, queues, scheduled jobs, validation and database migrations, which means the budget goes into your business logic instead of plumbing. As a Laravel development company, we use it for REST APIs behind mobile apps, admin panels, commerce platforms and multi-tenant systems that need to run reliably for years.

Two of our projects show the range. AIRE Health is a US dermatology platform where physicians build a branded store of vetted skincare products, with physician onboarding, identity verification (KYC) flows, CMS tooling and a zero-inventory commerce layer with physician revenue share, built on a hybrid PHP stack. AtUrHome is a last-mile logistics platform operating in Riyadh, with a company portal, driver app and live tracking. Both needed careful roles, clean data models and integrations, which is where good Laravel work pays off. For US clients, that also means a backend that can be reviewed by your own engineers or auditors, with predictable conventions rather than clever shortcuts. We also write for the people who inherit the code later: clear naming, consistent structure and handover documentation, so the next developer, ours or yours, can be productive within days.

Who this is for

  • US and Gulf businesses that need a dependable backend for a web or mobile product
  • Teams inheriting a messy PHP or Laravel codebase that needs cleanup, upgrades and an owner
  • Startups that want fast delivery without painting themselves into a corner on data design
  • Companies adding commerce, onboarding or approval workflows to an existing operation

What we build

  • REST APIs with versioned contracts, built for web and mobile clients to share
  • Role and permission systems for staff, partners, customers and administrators
  • Onboarding and identity-verification flows with admin review queues
  • Commerce layers covering catalogue, carts, orders, payments and revenue share
  • Queued jobs, scheduled tasks and webhooks for the work that should not block a request
  • Content and CMS tooling so non-developers manage product and education content

How the work runs

  1. Data model reviewWe start with the database. Entities, relationships, indexes and constraints are agreed first, because a sound schema is the cheapest thing to get right early.
  2. Contract-first APIEndpoints are specified before they are coded, so web and mobile teams can work against the same contract and changes are deliberate.
  3. Reviewed releasesEvery merge is code-reviewed and tested on a staging environment first. Migrations are rehearsed before they touch production data.
  4. Upgrade and supportWe monitor, back up and patch the system after launch, and plan framework upgrades rather than letting the codebase age quietly.

Pricing model

Laravel projects usually start as a fixed-scope build with an agreed specification, price and date, then continue on a build and run retainer for new features, maintenance and monitoring. A typical first release combining API, web portal and one mobile client runs 8-14 weeks. If you need engineers embedded in your own team and process, a dedicated team with simple per-seat monthly billing is also available, with overlap for US evenings handled through scheduled calls.

What drives the cost is rarely the framework. It is the number of roles and permission rules, the complexity of the money flows, how many external services must be integrated, whether the system is multi-tenant, and how much legacy data must be migrated. Regulated sectors add review work. If your product handles health or personal data, confirm the current requirements that apply to you with your legal adviser; we build with access controls and audit trails, and we do not claim certification for any system. A free scoping call gives you a written estimate, and you can ask us to price the API and admin portal separately from any mobile client so the first commitment stays small. If your budget is fixed, we work backwards from it and tell you honestly what fits in the first release, what should wait, and which shortcuts would create expensive problems later.

Questions buyers ask

Can you take over an existing Laravel codebase?
Yes. We begin with a short audit of the code, database and deployment, then give you a written view of what is sound, what is risky and what to fix first. Whether to fix or rebuild depends on that audit, not on a sales preference.
Is Laravel suitable for large or multi-tenant systems?
Yes, with sensible architecture. Queues, caching, proper indexing and clear tenant isolation carry it a long way. We use it for multi-tenant platforms and operational systems with many roles and integrations.
Do you work on healthcare or regulated products?
We have built physician onboarding, identity verification and e-commerce for a US dermatology platform. Rules differ by sector and country, so confirm current requirements with your legal adviser early. We design for access control and traceability and will work with your compliance people.
How do you handle US time zones?
Our working day overlaps with US East Coast evenings. We schedule calls at fixed times each week, share written progress updates and keep a staging environment available so you can review work whenever suits you.
