Productionsoftware.

Not prototypes, not pitch decks. Netnexs builds the Laravel backends, React portals and React Native apps that run live distribution networks, clinics and field-sales teams - and then keeps them running.

How it runs

Four steps.
No theatre.

The order matters - we don't write code before the schema is right, and we don't disappear after launch.

Scope

We map the real workflows - who taps what, where the money and data move - and cut everything that doesn't ship value.

Architect

Schema, tenancy model, API contracts and app structure agreed up front, so the build doesn't wander.

Build & ship

Weekly working software, not weekly slide decks. Web, API and mobile move together to store release.

Run

Monitoring, fixes, iterations and new features. Production is the start of the relationship, not the end.

Who you deal with

A named engineer,
not an anonymous shop

Netnexs is led by Muhammad Ahmad, a full-stack engineer in Lahore who has personally built and shipped every platform on this page - schema to App Store. When you message us, you talk to the person writing the code, not an account manager. FBR-registered, invoicing and contracts done properly for UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Australia, US, Malaysia clients.

Ways to work

Pick the shape
of the deal

No mystery pricing meetings. Three clear ways in - all start with a free scoping call.

Fixed scope

Best for: a defined build
  • Agreed spec, agreed price, agreed date
  • Weekly demos of working software
  • Source code and infra handed over
  • 30-day post-launch fix window

Build & run

Best for: a product that keeps evolving
  • Monthly retainer, prioritised backlog
  • New features + maintenance + monitoring
  • Direct line to the engineers
  • Scale up or down with 30 days notice

Dedicated team

Best for: agencies & funded startups
  • Full-time engineers embedded with you
  • Your process, your tools, your standups
  • Timezone overlap with Gulf & AU hours
  • Simple monthly per-seat billing

Before you ask

Fair questions

How do I know these projects are real?
Ask for a live walkthrough. We'll screen-share any system, show you the app-store listings, and on request connect you with an existing client. We'd rather prove it than claim it.
What does a typical project cost?
A focused MVP (API + web portal + one mobile app) is typically an 8-14 week fixed-scope build. Exact pricing comes out of the free scoping call - you'll have a written number before any commitment.
How do payments and contracts work across borders?
We're FBR-registered in Pakistan and invoice formally. Clients in the UAE, KSA, Australia and the US pay by bank transfer or Wise against milestone invoices. Contract and IP assignment are in writing before work starts.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source, infrastructure access and documentation are handed over - no hostage situations, no vendor lock-in. Plenty of clients stay for the Build & Run retainer anyway, because it's easier.
What about timezone overlap?
Lahore sits 1 hour ahead of the Gulf, 3 behind Sydney's morning, and overlaps US East Coast evenings - we cover Gulf and AU business hours live, and US via scheduled calls.
