Last-minute moving and hauling needs had no on-demand option - customers were stuck booking full moving companies or renting trucks themselves days in advance.
What we built
- On-demand marketplace connecting customers with hauling drivers and helpers
- Customer and driver mobile apps (iOS + Android)
- Booking flows for house moves, furniture moves, senior-living moves, office moves and estate sales
- Built-in marketplace (Flash Shop) for secondhand furniture pickup and delivery
